Sealtek Waterproofing was established in June 2024 by Ismael Soto and Serina Soto — a family-owned and operated contractor built on integrity, precision, and craftsmanship. Ismael brings over 25 years of union experience as a graduate of the Bricklayers Local 3 apprenticeship program, with more than two decades of field and operations leadership managing large-scale commercial and public works projects throughout Northern California. As a certified SBE and DBE contractor, Sealtek employs professional union labor through the Northern California Glaziers and Bricklayers Unions. Sealtek is registered with the DIR, listed on SAM.gov, ABAA Accredited, and CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 compliant, making the company qualified for commercial, government, and federal projects.
